In accordance with Annex 7 to Resolution PQ-197 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 20, 2023, the Sho'rchi Medical Technical School was reorganized as the Sho'rchi Public Health Technical School named after Abu Ali ibn Sino.

In accordance with Annex 7 to Resolution PQ-197 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 20, 2023, "On Measures to Effectively Organize Public Administration in the Healthcare Sector within the Framework of Administrative Reforms," the Sho'rchi Medical College was reorganized as the Sho'rchi Public Health Technical School named after Abu Ali ibn Sino.

The Sho'rchi Public Health Technical School named after Abu Ali ibn Sino trains general practice nurses and specialized nurses.

Mid-level medical personnel are trained on the basis of joint educational programs in cooperation with medical colleges of foreign countries.
